The Blood Center is hiring customer-service-oriented CDL Drivers to safely transport staff, equipment, and supplies to blood drive locations throughout the area. These positions combine professional driving with the opportunity to support lifesaving blood donations and serve members of the community.

Available Positions and Starting Pay

• CDL Driver / Medical Screener: Starting at $17 per hour, with a pay increase after training.
• CDL Driver / Donor Technician: Starting at $19 per hour, with a pay increase after training.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive Blood Center vehicles to and from blood drive locations.
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment and supplies.
• Provide professional, courteous service to donors, coworkers, and community partners.
• Learn and perform medical screening and/or blood collection responsibilities based on the assigned position and completed training.

Required Qualifications

• Valid CDL.
• Experience with driving a bus or similar vehicle that is 35 feet or longer.
• Good driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible days and hours.
• Willingness to complete training in medical screening and/or phlebotomy.
