Practice Details
- Outpatient Hematology/Oncology practice with clinic volumes of 20 to 25 patients per day
- Join an established group with one other Hematology/Oncology physician
- Supported by a strong clinical team including 3 APPs, 4 Medical Assistants, 3 Nurses, and a Phlebotomist
- Access to top-tier facilities, equipment, and operational support
- Practice environment designed to support efficiency and physician autonomy
Schedule
- Monday through Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Opportunity for a four-day workweek
- Quality-of-life call model with phone call coverage only
- Schedule structured to support long-term balance
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $575,000 with the potential to earn over $1 million annually
- 31 days of paid time off
